　　On December 19, a grand inauguration ceremony was held for the Tianjin production base of Shenyang Zhongjie Bingdiancheng Food Co., Ltd. The event was attended by more than 300 guests, including Zhao Hongyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Jinghai Development Zone in Tianjin; Zhu Nianlin, Part-time Vice President of the China National Light Industry Council and Executive Chairman of the China Baking and Confectionery Industry Association; as well as distinguished representatives from leading distributors and suppliers across the country. Yang Qitian, Chairman of Shenyang Zhongjie Bingdiancheng, also attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, in which he provided a detailed analysis of the strategic significance of establishing the Tianjin plant and outlined the company’s future development plan.

From a strategic and developmental perspective, the North China market is an indispensable battleground for corporate growth and a vital pathway for expanding our operational flexibility.” The Tianjin production base benefits from three key advantages—favorable timing, advantageous location, and harmonious conditions: Tianjin is situated in North China, adjacent to Beijing and Hebei Province, and close to Northeast China; its climate, culinary traditions, lifestyle, and consumer habits are remarkably similar to those of Liaoning Province. Leveraging these strengths, the Zhongjie Ice Cream Tianjin production base will meet the North China market’s demand for high-quality ice cream.

　　The newly completed and commissioned Zhongjie Bingdian Tianjin production base represents a total investment of RMB 260 million. Adhering to an optimal balance between land use and production capacity, the facility spans 47,000 square meters and boasts a daily production capacity of 300 metric tons, while maximizing both labor and energy efficiency without wasting a single square meter of land. The production base is characterized by two key features: automation and intelligent operations. All equipment used in the plant is state-of-the-art, sourced from both domestic and international manufacturers, enabling end-to-end traceability of products from manufacturing through to sales. This not only ensures high product quality but also streamlines production processes and shortens lead times.
